Tries to tell who spoke
On imported recordings, voices show up as Speaker 1, Speaker 2… You name them and fix them if needed.

Choose “Meeting minutes” and get a formal record: attendees, agenda, numbered decisions and actions with an owner and a date. Nothing invented that was not said.

Questions
Does it work with Zoom, Teams, Meet and WhatsApp?
Yes. Ivuenu listens to your microphone and computer sound, so it works with any call app and with in-person meetings.
Do I need internet?
Yes, to transcribe and write the notes: our server does that. Meetings already saved you can open and edit without a connection.
Where does the audio go?
To our server and from there to our transcription and AI provider, only to be transcribed. Our server does not keep the audio. On business plans you can switch the cloud off.
Is it allowed to record meetings?
It depends on the country and context. Ivuenu always reminds you to tell people and keeps a log. If unsure, check your company’s rules.
What computer do I need?
Windows 10 or macOS 13 or later, and an internet connection. Transcription runs in the cloud, so you do not need a graphics card or a powerful computer.
How do I pay?
With Multicaixa Express, a Multicaixa reference at an ATM or online bank, or é-kwanza. There is no automatic charge: we remind you before your plan ends.
